if you ever come to sydney. ever. take the 373 to surry hills, walk down the street to bills. sit down, and order the ricotta hotcakes with honey comb butter. don't think twice, just do it...edie and i devoured them [we split them because they were a solid $17, but worth every penny].

my plan was to get a picture of them, but i seriously finished them before i could remember. so here is a flick of our empty plates and a glass of water :).
