this is Spatz. Spatz is a costume design major at Carnegie Mellon University, currently an exchange student at NIDA (National Institute of Dramatic Art), the theater school associated with the my Uni. Spatz and I are the only two people currently living in my house, and we are running sh*t. She has changed my life already, expanding my folk music collection, convincing me to start keeping a journal, providing me pure entertainment with her theater kid stories, but mostly she has introduced me to the amazing hobby of collecting beer labels...




one week in, and i have 4 of these babies under my belt.

rules to the hobby:
1. YOU must drink the beer
2. never leave a beer label behind, even if you can not get it off in
the bar take that sucker home and soak it off.
3. diversify your collection, it is ok if they repeat but at least make sure they have a story/memory attached to it
4. YOU must finish the beer, don't be a sucker.

I get a kick out of going up to the bartender and asking him to just give me a "random beers"
