twas my last day in the DMV, nick finally gave me a reprieve from the 6am flights to and fro home, so i got to make a quick and much needed trip to georgetown to see some of my favorite humans before my flight. watching robin eat johnny rockets/listening to dale talk about his HILARIOUS life experiences/reminiscing about times in the jetta..a beautiful afternoon. this is family.
the only downside was that i had NO time to wait in line for georgetown cupcake (that STUPID show on Food Network made it damn near impossible to get my version of crack cocaine in less than 30 min)...so i was a tad disappointed...until...
I CAME HOME TO THIS!!!!!! i kid you not, i could of cried...step mom brought them home from work...and by the grace of God, there was a carrot cake piece of heaven waiting on me. perfect way to end a perfect trip home.
i have returned to the home of corn fields, ice bombs,and quad livin'...and have already captured a couple moments, but will upload them later.
1st day of class tomorrow. good gracious i'm a junior.
